RDC did not begin as a fund. It began as a conviction — held across years of practice in regenerative development, capital structure, and the patient work of getting a new kind of trust built.
The Lineage
Built on a practice, not a thesis.
The work descends from the regenerative-development practice of Regenesis Group — reading a place, its community, and its living systems as one indivisible whole that is always becoming. That practice proved development could add capacity instead of subtracting it.
What it lacked was a financial architecture. RDC exists to supply that — the governed rail, the covenant, and the measurement that let regeneration be underwritten alongside return.
